Chris Rawlings, CEO/Founder
Chris has been in the staffing industry his entire career. He began in the industry working in a small family owned staffing office. That office was eventually sold and he struck out on his own. In 1996 at the age of 24, he founded Prime Industrial Recruiters in a humble one-room office in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Today, the organization has grown to a multi-state operation that employs thousands of employees.

Christy Rawlings, Risk Manager, Managing Partner
Christy has worked for Prime Industrial Recruiters for 18 years. She started as a branch manager for Prime Industrial Recruiters, and as Prime grew and moved into different markets, she started handling the workers compensation/risk management portion of the business. Through the acquisitions of Contractors Unlimited and Staffing Priorities plus the creation of Prime Force, Christy has continued to be a managing partner and risk manager.

Kirk Martin, President
Kirk has been with Prime Industrial since 2009. As the former director of sales for Prime, he was promoted to president of the Prime Group in 2016 due to his tenacious sense for business and developing key relationships with clients. In his time here, the Prime Group has grown to include CUR and Staffing Priorities, and he looks forward to the continued success of the companies.

Joy Moody, Vice President of Recruiting Operations
Joy has been with Prime since 1999. Her parents both worked in the manufacturing and construction profession, so she has been around this environment her entire life and loves it. The clients, the employees we serve and the team she works with are why she gives her absolute best because they are the reason the Prime Group is successful.

Dena Repicky, Director Of Accounting & Finance
Dena has been with the company since 2014 and comes from the public accounting sector. She decided she wanted to take what she had learned in that world and help grow a business. She is now the director of accounting and finance and thrives on helping support the continued success of the Prime Group.

Megan Pense, Digital Brand Manager
Megan has been with the company since 2016 and comes from the marketing world in LA. Having worked with companies like MAC Cosmetics, she has focused on rebranding The Prime Group and updating it to a streamlined process for both the applicant and our staff. Megan’s main priority is keeping applicant flow up in conjunction with job orders as well as all marketing efforts for each company.
